Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the register with a GP surgery: Winchcombe Medical Centre service
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Once you have registered with the surgery you will need to sign up to our triage system, Anima. This is used to request routine and urgent GP appointments, and submit administrative requests such as updating your address and requesting prescriptions not on a repeat.
