We would like to remind all patients that we do not accept letters in any format that are requesting a response or an appointment with the GP.
Please be aware any letters that are sent into the surgery will be opened by the administration team, even if it is marked as private and confidential. If you send a letter with any of the above requests, the admin team will be in contact with you and request that you submit this via Anima.
