The December programme lists all of the activities and sessions which the Carers Hub are running in December 2024 for unpaid Carers. Carers are welcome to bring along the person they support if they would like to join in. Or they can join and have some time out for themselves. It also lists all of the various sessions that are happening county wide in December.
