Chair Based Strength & Balance Exercise Class

For older men and ladies, or anyone who is less mobile or unsteady on their feet

Classes to help maintain your independence by improving fitness,
muscles, posture, flexibility and bone strength.

Most exercises are carried out seated or standing with chair support, and also includes some standing leg strength and balance exercises. Resistance bands and other small equipment is used. Falls prevention is a priority.

Uplifting music and a fun, friendly and supportive environment

Suitable for men and ladies. Always check with your GP or health practitioner.
